Privacy Policy

The short version: FolioTL has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. We do not ask you for personal information, and the few things we store are only there to make the Site work.

1. Information we do not collect

You do not need to register or log in to read. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal details, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

2. Cookies and local storage

We only use what is strictly necessary for the Site to work:

• Age verification: A cookie that remembers when you confirm you are 18+ for adult content so you don't have to confirm on every page.
• Reading preferences Saved in your browser's local storage (font size, spacing, theme). This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

You can clear these anytime through your browser settings.

3. External links & donations

Donations (via platforms like Ko-fi) and external links (such as Discord) are handled entirely by those respective services. We never see, receive, or store your financial or payment details.

4. Updates & contact

If we ever add new features that change how data is handled, we will update this policy accordingly. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at privacy@foliotl.com
